I'd just like to say for all the people that said St. Louis had no chance... against, San Diego, New York, or Detroit..... How do you feel now?

I knew this was bound to happen.. They have been a top contendor for years now.. After they got passed the Mets.. I knew it was theres for the taking.. Tho the Tigers didnt play bad.. They just messed up to much.. Little errors killed them

Yeah I know all those errors by their pitchers accounted for almost half our runs in some games. I live in CT so every Mets fan is against me but y'know were the the champs!

Kudos to the St. Louis Cardinals.....but they do have the worst record of any team that has won the World Series (...or at least that's what I've been told, and I don't feel like going through the sports almanac to verify it).

This was arguably one of the worst WS in recent memory, noted more for the on-field errors than memorable highlights. Detroit Tigers played like the team of 2005 instead of 2006.
