So for this I'm going with Bret hart doesn't loose the wwf title to Bob backlund and walks into royal rumble as champion and defends it against diesel, during the match owen hart comes out which distracts the ref and diesel is able to hit the jacknife for the win,

In the rumble match hbk still comes in at number 1 and wins it but during the match owen hart is there fighting away and Bret runs down and attacks owen and throws him out and they fight all the waay to the back.

On raw we see diebase talking to razor and commentary team are like what's going on. During the show Undertaker battles bam bam in a match and then razor comes down and punches Paul bearer and steals the urn

(in stealing the kama storyline)
The next week Ted diebase comes and announces the newest member of the million dollar corporation and out comes razor with a new gold chain, dibase says everyone got a price for the million dollar, razor gets on. The mic and berates the fans how his working his ass of you aren't paying my bills but the corporation is yo! Then he holds his new chain and tells Undertaker you like my gold I urned it

So at wrestlemania were going with diesel vs hbk, Bret vs owen, Taylor vs bam bam and Undertaker vs Razor Ramon

The reason I have made razor heel is too push him as the top heel after mania and have him win KOTR and instead of mabel will challage diesel at Summerslam 1995

Kinda like the idea and some of it probably would have worked but again the game plan from the start was to make Diesel the strong Babyface champion and him winning the belt from Bret because Owen distracted Bret wouldn't have accomplish that. The one mistake they made with Diesel was to try and make him the new Hogan like they tried with Luger in 93 and like they did with warrior in 90. By using that formula, they lost their edge that made them popular in the first place.

So what i would have done is have backlund win the belt at survivor series, then on raw you do Bret vs Diesel for the number 1 contender which you use your idea of Owen interfering and costing bret the match and at the Rumble you do the diesel squash match and make him the big bad ass champion there.

As for the Razor Heel turn, again, it's hard to imagine it as Razor was pretty much the 3rd or 4th most popular wrestler at that time and they needed somebody strong at the I.C. level, plus by 95, the million dollar corporation was pretty much starting to be a joke and a faction of job guys for the most part. king kong bundy wasn't doing much, Tatanka was on his last leg, Bam Bam was set to lose to LT at mania. So Razor turning to join a faction of loser wouldn't have made sense in my opinion. Plus, If you put him in a match with Taker at mania, you pretty much killed him as a character because he should be the last guy on the totem pole that taker had to face not the first one. That's why they had Bundy face taker at mania and Kama got the summerslam match if i remember correctly. So i agree, you needed more heel to feed diesel, that's why i feel like you could have done it with Lex Luger.

First of all let's forget the fact that Luger wasn't really under contract by the summer of 95 and that he would jump to WCW in september. Let's say WWE realize that they had sign him to a new contract and offered him a new deal to stay. Luger wasn't doing anything by then, So after mania, have him turn on his tag partner at the time, British bulldog. they could have a small feud before the KOTR to establish Luger as a top heel. Bulldog's turns could happen as schedule later on but for now we focus on Luger. Have Luger win the KOTR instead of Mabel and then have him interfered in the Sid/diesel luberjack match at IYH and you set up a multi PPV feud between Luger and Diesel which make Diesel look stronger as a champion as he beat another major star and you still have another top heel that actually would look like a heel since Luger always was a better heel then face and you could spin luger into a program with Taker after the feud with diesel is over.

Nash was never going to draw becaue the buisness was on a downturn and they should have kept bret hart for the international markets.

a big trucker biker with no moveset and no mobility was farted on outside of the US. i mean how many injuries did POP SNAPPLE QUAD have that year? hes lucky he didnt pop a quad during his run.

I like the OP's idea of Razor going heel. Seems like a no brainer since they needed heels and Razor needed a change. I'm guessing he stayed face since they were likely selling a lot of Razor merch. I don't like Bret vs Owen at mania since they had the blowoff at Summerslam in a cage and Owen and Yoko set up the tag team division for 95 which would turn into the main event scene in 96 with Camp Cornette.

Rumble:
Diesel vs Bret. Same match except Jeff Jarrett plays a bigger role than Owen interfering. Jarrett ends up costing Bret the match. Shawn wins from the number 1 spot.

Diesel and Shawn for the world title
Razor and Taker
Bret and Jarrett for the IC title
Bam Bam and LT

Bret makes the IC title meaningful through the spring of 1995 instead of feuding with Yankem, Lawler, and the pirate. So the IC title division is Bret taking the title from Jarrett (with a future rematch), Bret vs Hakushi for the IC title, and another Bret vs heel Razor match as well. Bret can drop the IC to Jarrett at KOTR to get it to Shawn in July.

KOTR: You could go two ways
Bulldog wins and turns heel at the ppv. He beats Shawn in the finals.
Could also have Razor win and enter a world title feud with Diesel.

Summerslam:
Diesel vs Bulldog for the world title and Shawn vs Razor for the IC title. You can revisit the Bret/Owen feud here and have Bret get a win to build him up for his survivor series title win in the next few months.

Survivor Series is booked the same and Bret vs Bulldog headlines the final ppv of the year.
