Ok, so a few days ago, Matt Hardy named his Tag-Team Mount Rushmore based on 'Family' and stuck to kayfabe by naming Edge and Christian.
Slightly different, but I'm going to name my Tag-Team Mount Rushmore and ask for yours.
So:
1. Steiner Brothers. My favourite Tag-Team of all time. Took on all the top teams, had some great feuds at a time tag-wrestling was stacked. The Miracle Violence Connection, various NJPW teams, Freebirds, Doom, Harlem Heat. Multi-time Champs, some great matches, innovative moveset.
2. Dudley Boyz. Probably the most decorated team in history. Won it all, multiple times. Played a huge role WWE's tag-division with the rilvary with E&C, The Hardy's etc, an epic TLC match that will be remembered forever. The feud with the Steiner's in TNA came a few years late but the nostalgia was there. TNA had a good tag-division when Team 3-D was there as well.
3. Legion of Doom. The attire, the motorbike entrance, the look, the music, the build. These guys had everything, unfortunately lost a couple of years due to Animal's injury and Hawk being a bit of a wild character to say the least. But they were one of the first Tag-Team I remember watching and The Doomsday Device is one of the best Tag-Team finishers.
4. Harlem Heat. Tough choice for the 4th selection. For a spell in the mid-90s they were the best team in the World in my view. 10x WCW Tag Champions, stayed loyal and didn't make the jump to WWE. Good look, good theme.
As I said, the 4th choice was tough. The Hardy's, Rock n Roll Express, Beer Money Inc., Midnight Express etc. were all considered. The Hollywood Blondes, The Enforcers, The Miracle Violence Connection didn't team long enough for me.
