I would just reinstate Heat, Velocity, Superstars, etc. I mean they still have Main Event, so they still get to work things in that does not make it to the main shows.
This is kind of a really open ended question, but I guess I would try and sign a bunch of either former talents or talent from other companies that the "WWE" has not been able to sign yet. While that would primarily be my focus I would also probably institute a few more championships and shows.
This is bit too doomsday for my liking. AEW will likely gain popularity among WWE fans, but there will be no reason for them to not watch both programs.
The "shake up" is essentially just a Draft. I definitely disagree with almost the majority of OP's post. He specifically mentions that he changed up everything due to "story lines", something which I vehemently oppose.
