Anyone else have this WWE 13 issue?

I don't know if it's just my copy or if it's a glitch in the system, but lately everytime I do a certain move(I can't remember which one, although I do know it's a finisher) and my opponent reverses it, he stands there stiff as a board, arms stretched wide(it looks like he's a human cross). It also happened the other day on a non finishing move that I was doing. I was in the middle of a roundhouse kick and I got stuck with my leg almost straight up in the air. I stayed like that for the rest of the match(I was in a three on one match and my team finished up the rest of the match). So yeah anyone else have any issues like this?

Not specifically with 13 since I've not got it but shit like that happens all the time in the Smackdown games. They barely fix anything, churn out the same game every year. I mean it still uses the same engine as the PS1 SD games did lol
