Look's like a really good set. Some of the new match's from ECW are'nt that bad. I dont know if I'll get it because I've got most of them on video, and the best ECW match's were on the previous D.V.D. they released.

The New And Improved DX (3 Disc)

WWE1158_L.JPG

There's no Randy Savage, Harley Race, Four Horsemen or Steve Austin DVD's but there's a three disc set of D-X who have only been back together for 7 month's. It does'nt even include any original D-X stuff. You know from when they were cutting edge and were'nt just middle aged men making fool's of themselves.

This might be the best upcomming DVD comming out. I always dreamed of this. They have some classics such as the The Rock vs. Triple H iron man match. Some returned in that match. Might I add the special referee of that mach was Shawn Micheals. I like all the matches on the DVD. But do you know if its also a documentary and not just matches? I know Hulk Hogan's Anthology isn't all matches but it also has a documentary or a biography about him.

Why isn't the Rumble from 00 or the rocks first match on? When is this DVD set coming out?

Why isn't the Rumble from 00 or the rocks first match on? When is this DVD set coming out?

They wont put the Rumble match on because even though The Rock won it was clear that Big Show touched the floor after. It's not like when Flair won the Rumble and he started from the beginning Rocky entered near the end so It was'nt a ground braking victory.

The set come's out in June or July I believe.

And to answer Shining Wizard's question. There is no documentary it's like the Taker and Hogan set's just match's.

One of the first, and coolest, factions in sports-entertainment was the Four Horsemen. This stable was a powerful group that ran roughshod over WCW and lasted for the better part of a decade with its various members, including 16-time World Champion Ric Flair. The constant amongs the Four Horsemen the 'Nature Boy' was joined by other members such as Arn Anderson, Ole Anderson, Tully Blanchard, Barry Windham, Sting, Lex Luger, Brian Pillman, Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko and more.

This release covers the creation of the Horsemen, with interviews from many of the superstars that were part of it, as well as highlights and complete matches.

Bonus Features Include:

Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard, & Ric Flair vs. Pez Whatley, Italian Stallion, & Rocky King
NWA - 22/06/85

Steel Cage Match for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship
Ric Flair vs. Ricky Morton
Great American Bash - 05/07/86

First Blood Match

Fall Brawl - 17/09/95

I was never a big fan but I collect every WWE DVD so it will be in my collection. There doesnt seem to be many match's though.

I can't wait for that DVD...

I have the Ultimate Ric Flair collection and I cherish it. It's going to be great to see more of the rest of the horsemen and some classic flair matches that didn't make the cut in the Flair Collection.

I heard rumour's that there's going to be another Flair DVD. So maybe there saving a few classic match's for that one.

That would be awesome! The first one really made me appreciate Flair like he should be appreciated. Another DVD might help that for a lot of people who doubt him because they haven't been exposed to true flair.

BTW, does anyone have the Hogan Anthology? I've been thinking of getting it and I wonder if they do a good job on it. I was kind of disappointed with the Taker DVDs, the way it was narrated and such, so I was kinda turned off to buying the anthologies for a while.

I've got the Hogan one. I only brought it because I'm a competist. It's ok you would give it three star's for quantity. Certainly not quality. Four disc's of Hogan is a lot. It took me about two month's to get through it. It was tourture.

lol. Do you have the Undertaker DVD. I do :)D).

I find it's terribly done... they just needed to wait two years until he retired to put it out. There's like no commentary it's just a random voice, it's hard to get through.

The matches obviously rule but there should've been more complete Foley matches.

I'm not bothered. I thought it was ok. They had most of the decent match's. Undertaker was the most boring wrestler in the world until Mankind came.
