My blogs I mean. I have just started up a wrestling blog and I was wondering what the rules are on promoting it on the forum?

Are there any rules? Obviously it would only be posted once, and not spammed, but can anyone give me some info on the rules surrounding self promotion on the forums?

You can post it in "The Cage," man. You can also put it as your homepage on your profile. Anywhere else on the forums is pretty much prohibited, though.
