I enjoyed Steamboat vs Jericho. A similar match against a Drew McIntyre to put him over a little more before a feud for the universal title should work.
I can only speak for myself but I am happier with the aspects of the programme I enjoy than I am discontent with other aspects of the programme.
It's kind of similar to how I feel about Roman Reigns in that I am more impressed with the flying clothesline than I am than I am tired of his...
It's true that Jeff is no spring chicken but he still has the ability to work interesting matches. Shinsuke Nakamura vs Jeff Hardy was pretty decent, Jeff even had a brow raising spot hitting a swanton bomb on the ring apron. There may be a couple of high spots in this one I think.
Imagine putting together your own card, 10 matches and you can choose performers from under any banner. Have fun.
AJ Styles vs Kenny Omega (Iron man)
The Shield vs Cody Rhodes & The Young Bucks (TLC)

That is true, Reigns is an under appreciated worker. After all he was trusted to spear Shane McMahon in mid-air to counter the coast to coast. Granted Reigns knocked him out but I'm pretty sure Braun would have damn near killed him lol.
Touching on your point of rushing...
I'm not part of the 'Roman sucks' group even if Vince and Co are on course to destroy him. He seems robotic on the mic and it's not helped by him being so scripted, if he gets a a little creative freedom on his promos I can see him bridging the gap between his character and the audience and little.
I've heard Braun Strowman being talked about on podcasts and the general consensus amongst his peers is that he is a work in progress so perhaps his current run as a main event man is his chance to showcase his newly developed skills. Even if he falls short of gold, if we see more than we have...
From a British perspective. It's about average but it's daytime TV on a terrestrial station so it's probably about as good as it's going to get as we're an extremely censored nation for the most part. Our school teachers like to have inappropriate conversations with our children as part of "sex...
I hope Becky goes over and goes over clean... with Asuka's contract situation up in the air, womens wrestling may suffer with Charlotte Flair spearheading it when there are performers who are more over than Charlotte.
@Jack-Hammer
I agree that it was great to see Owens have a bit of fire in his belly. I wish Vince would allow for a little more individual creative freedom, not just for the characters but for promos too.
They could use Alexa's cunning persona as tactics to keep her from a complete squash from a bigger and stronger Rhonda. I defintely don't want to see a squash match.
@Jack-Hammer
Shinsuke Nakamura vs Finn Balor is a yes from me. Had it not be that they're on different brands it would have happened already.
I like the Bryan/Dunne prospect too I just hope their timelines allow for that to happen some day. Same goes for Velveteen Dream vs AJ Styles...
Are there any prospective feuds you'd like to see? There are no real rules, feel free to cross brands.
I will go with 5.
Roman Reigns vs Drew McIntyre
Drew McIntyre has comeback and his new attire looks like it has plugged a gap which has prevalent before. A feud with the big dog could do...
I like the figure of four she does with the bridge. She has the Flair swagger but she's also putting her own spin on it. I find a few other women more interesting to watch but she definitely isn't generic. I also think there's much more she can do as a heel too, she'd have great dynamics going...
