Drama went down and they all jumped ship to a new forum started by KB and Sly. It's pretty dead too, though.
Forums are definitely dying. It's a shame because the personalities and relationships were what always made forums entertaining, whereas Reddit is entirely faceless. Oh well.
Most forums are dying. I wouldn't worry too much about it. This forum and the other one will both die off pretty soon. The issue was that the last admins did nothing to foster the social culture that this forum used to have.
As I just said (and I'm not speaking personally here, my 279 non-spam posts in going on ten years probably don't make me the type of poster you're looking for), the WZ admins and high-level posters are attempting to snatch away a large portion of posters from this site to go on their forum...
But as previously stated you're competing with Reddit, /asp/, and countless other wrestling forums with hundreds of thousands of members. What does SCF have that will stand out? I get SEO but how many people in 2018 are realistically going to skim through five pages of a Google search to find...

Unfortunately I feel like the forum model is a bit out of date since almost every aspect of it is done better on Reddit. The community isn't there though so it'll depend on how that culture is developed on Steel Cage.
