Pro-wrestling vs. acting

What makes pro-wrestling more real and intense than acting is how far pro-wrestlers go for art. In a movie, we know everything is scripted and controlled. In pro-wrestling, it's not. Some fans attacked pro-wrestlers with knives because they believed they were the villains they portrayed on screen. The wrestlers still maintained character which is impressive. It adds more credibility to the characters and makes people believe they're not acting, but actually the characters they portray.
