I know that this story as been going for 3 days now but i felt it was important to start a thread about this since it's a very important story

It's been hard to keep up with all the allegations that have come up over the last few days but i did read a lot of them from the really hard one the most ridiculous and even some that felt really like false ones and i've got to say that this as the chance of becoming a real circus and unproductive to those that really have dealt with sexual harassment in the business and need our support to go the extra way to take get the authorities to do a investigation and get justice.

Outside of the Riddle and Cornette stories that seems like they are fabricated and it's been talked about that both have already went to their respective lawyers to get retribution over these allegations. Their also those that really don'T need to be there and are only there because they want to hurt somebody during this movement is going on. The 2 that stood out to me were the 2 most recent ones with Velveteen dreams and the other with Kongo Kong.

The one with Dreams felt more like a misunderstanding then anything that was meant to be part of this. Both guys where teenagers at the time, Dreams wanted to be friend with the guy and help him out with his workout regiment and then like any friend would do he called him up to check on his progress and that's where things began to turn for the worst. Dreams ask him to take his shirt off so he could see his chest to see were the progress the guy made and then ask him pull his pants down for the same purpose but the guy didn't take it like this and instead of talking to dream about it he let his imagination go wild and that's why this allegation happened.

The one with Kong is in the same vain. As we know, veterans wrestlers have a certains locker room code and those that were train by them followed the same code especially when you have a gimmick as old school as Kongo kong as. So this kid, fresh off of wrestling school gets his first gig at a pro wrestling show wrestling Kongo kong, They do the match and somehow, mess up a spot which could have hurt kong, so kong was mad about it and rightfully so because the kid made a mistake and never went to him to apologize for his mistake. Then to put more oil on the fire, the same kid decide to set up his merch table during intermission to try and sell his merch. Again nothing wrong with this except that minutes before intermission he was just chokeslam to hell by kong and shouldn't have been able to walk let alone sell merchandise at intermission. So Kong had enough and decided to do what any veteran would do in this situation and that's to teach him a lesson. So kong when to him again and pretty much let him have it a second time to the point of scaring the kid and then ask him to either show him his dick or give him is money. Any normal person would have understood at that point that this was just kong trying to get a apology out of the kid and that he didn't really want either of those thing, but beind as scared as he was, he didn't thing st raight and pulled down his pants to show him his dick while everybody was laughing. The next time he was booked with Kong, Kong went to him and ask for his money again and the kid give him his money until he realize he did something wrong and apologize which let to Kong giving the kid's money back.

Again this type of story really doesn't need to be put in a movement like this because that a example of somebody who's just didn't want to take responsibility for his actions and got a receipt from the other guy and now he's playing victim while in reality, all he had to do his show respect for the veteran and own up for the mistakes he made that night and the whole situation wouldn't have happened.

the worst thing is that stories like these and the false accusations take away the impact that a movement like this one has in helping victims of sexual abuse and sexual harrasement. It happened with the Metoo movement and it's starting to happen with this one has well. Some people think that just because everybody is telling their horrific stories that it's o.k. to start making shit up or telling stuff that has nothing to do with the subject. The hard part for those victims is to get their stories out their so that they can go to the next step and get a investigation going and having people use that for their own selfish need is putting roadblock on the whole process and will kill it because at some point, nobody will believe them and they're going to be back at square one.
