I've always thought that the OP of this thread has been a little under-rated. Typically a great poster who's been on these forums for quite some time, but probably doesn't always get the respect he deserves.

He's not exactly anonymous, but you've got to like Anonymous Mozzarella.

JMT is underrated if only because his name doesn't come up as often as guys like KB and myself.
