It seems that there are a lot of regulars who haven't signed up, possibly the weekend effect? I can't imagine 64 would be too difficult if someone could be assed to send some PMs.

I'd be shocked to see Jack-Hammer show up to participate in this thing. He should, I imagine he'd do really well in it and possibly win it. But he rarely posts in the Bar Room, I doubt he even knows it's happening. I'll PM him to let him know.
